Her Fonio cooking series is a long-term cooking and food tasting event where you learn how to prepare healthy meals with indigenous African foods. You won’t just fall in love with the versatile Fonio grain. Other ingredients include baobab fruits, dawadawa fruits, tamarind fruits, millet and yam varieties, cocoa, breadfruit, cassava, seaweed, bean varieties, tiger nuts, coconuts, melon seeds (agushie), hemp seeds, etc.
