Farms
Cocoa Farm
The "Cocoa Farm" is Kwaku's first farm. He started planting cocoa four years ago. Last year he added up plantain, banana, pawpaw and moringa. The farm has a size of 4 acre.
We plan to dig a fish pond and also use the naturally grown bamboo for our decorative products.
Moringa Farm
The "Moringa Farm" is Daniela's favourite project. On this 7 acre farm we have already planted approximate 200 moringa seedlings last year. Some wild trees were preserved and new teak trees were planted. We also find a local mango tree. Everything is mixed up with plantain and banana. For the next step we are going to plant noni trees.
Green Inn
"Green Inn" is our latest project. The 8 acre land is covered with trees and gras. Here we want to build our home. It should be the center of our work and an example of a life in harmony with nature.
We will plant a variety of trees, such as breadfruit, cashew, neem and avocado.
In addition, we do experiments with climbers such as passionfruit, agushi and calabash.
Rice Field
The "Rice Field" is our experimental project. We want to start with 2 acre and extend it step by step. As we are so excited about the nutritious regional brown rice, we have to grow it our own.
